Return & Refund Policy
At Shoomex, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that shopping for baby products is personal, and we want you to feel completely confident in every purchase.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Tags must still be attached (for clothing)
• The item must not be a hygiene product (for health and safety reasons, items such as breast pumps, pacifiers, and skincare opened products cannot be returned)
To start a return, email us at Noor@shoomex.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note: original shipping costs are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
If you received a damaged or defective item, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please email Noor@shoomex.com with a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
• Opened skincare or bath products
• Pacifiers and teething items (once opened)
• Personalized or custom items
• Sale/clearance items
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank first, then contact us at Noor@shoomex.com and we will look into it immediately.
