Thank you for shopping at Shoomex! We want to make sure your baby products arrive safely and as quickly as possible.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
SHIPPING TIMES
Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
Express Shipping: 2–5 business days
Please note these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control (weather, carrier delays, etc.).
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $75 USD.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
Customs processing can occasionally cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times. Shoomex is not responsible for delays due to customs.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.
If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at Noor@shoomex.com.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at Noor@shoomex.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
